Hi everyone!!! I’m Fun Bobbie! A swaggy, intellectual 13 year old from the suburbs of Northern California (Yayy Area!!!!! - In my E-40 voice). I come from a middle income two parent household yet I’m oftentimes misunderstood. I come through drippin’ every chance I get which confuses people when they find out I’m a charismatic coder who gets straights A’s, runs track and has very little interest in ball sports. I love rap, and r&b music; Yet I also have very strong opinions regarding politics and race relations. I'm typically described as much more aware of current events and progressive than my peers. However, I aim to get them all up to speed. I’m really excited to journey with you through what I know as life but you will definitely describe as an adventure. Welcome to the party! With her passion for education, freedom, justice and advocacy for equality across all platforms she uses her writing to potentially encourage the disenfranc
Fun Bobbie was created from Harris's world view as an African-American mother of two black sons. She is a native of Richmond, California and a proud alum of Clark Atlanta University. With her passion for education, freedom, justice and advocacy for equality across all platforms she uses her writing to potentially encourage the disenfranchised and enlighten the privileged. Her experiences raising her sons have prompted the stories you will embark upon while reading the Fun Bobbie series. Although provocative and taboo she explores ways in which she handles parenting various tough situations through the eyes of a 13 year old's reactions to potential real life events.
